Where are the bus stops and what are the hours of service?

Stops are located at Bates College, Lewiston Oak Street station, Auburn Transportation Center, the Lewiston/Auburn Transportation Center at Turnpike Exit 75, Monument Square, and Portland Transportation Center.

Service is available from 4:30 a.m. to 12:07 a.m. during the week and from 6:00 a.m. to 9:29 p.m. on weekends. Click here to see the complete bus schedule

How do I buy tickets, and are there weekly or monthly discounts?

You can buy tickets through the Token Transit app or with exact cash (drivers can’t make change). MaineDOT and RTW Management are exploring weekly and monthly discount packages. Stay tuned for updates.

How many passengers can ride? What happens if the bus is full?

Two 26-seat buses are in service, with a 24-seat backup bus available if needed. If a bus is full, riders will need to wait for the next available bus.

Are the buses accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the buses are accessible for individuals with physical disabilities or limited mobility.

Do buses have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, seat belts?

Yes, all buses have air conditioning, onboard Wi-Fi, and seat belts.

Can I bring a stroller, car seat, or bike on the bus?

Car seats and strollers are allowed if folded. Children may not remain in strollers during the ride.

Bikes cannot be accommodated at this time.
